How to use the template?
Below are the parameters that must be entered into the article to use the template.
{{Pokémon locations
| name = (optional, change the displayed name. Pokémon will show the page name.)
| generation = (write 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 if it is from the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, etc. generation)
| red = (location in Pokémon Red Version)
| blue = (location in Pokémon Blue Version, also applicable to Pocket Monsters Green Version)
| blue_jp = (location in Pocket Monsters Blue Version)
| yellow = (location in Pokémon Yellow Version: Special Pikachu Edition)
| gold = (location in Pokémon Gold Version)
| silver = (location in Pokémon Silver Version)
| crystal = (location in Pokémon Crystal Version)
| ruby = (location in Pokémon Ruby Version)
| sapphire = (location in Pokémon Sapphire Version)
| firered = (location in Pokémon FireRed Version)
| leafgreen = (location in Pokémon LeafGreen Version)
| emerald = (location in Pokémon Emerald Version)
| diamond = (location in Pokémon Diamond Version)
| pearl = (location in Pokémon Pearl Version)
| platinum = (location in Pokémon Platinum Version)
| heartgold = (location in Pokémon HeartGold Version)
| soulsilver = (location in Pokémon SoulSilver Version)
| black = (location in Pokémon Black Version)
| white = (location in Pokémon White Version)
| black_2 = (location in Pokémon Black Version 2)
| white_2 = (location in Pokémon White Version 2)
| x = (location in Pokémon X)
| y = (location in Pokémon Y)
| omega_ruby = (location in Pokémon Omega Ruby)
| alpha_sapphire = (location in Pokémon Alpha Sapphire)
| sun = (location in Pokémon Sun)
| moon = (location in Pokémon Moon)
| ultra_sun = (location in Pokémon Ultra Sun)
| ultra_moon = (location in Pokémon Ultra Moon)
| pikachu = (location in Let's Go, Pikachu!)
| eevee = (location in Let's Go, Eevee!)
| sword = (location in Pokémon Sword)
| shield = (location in Pokémon Shield)
| brilliant_diamond = (location in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond)
| shining_pearl = (location in Pokémon Shining Pearl)
| arceus = (location in Pokémon Legends Arceus)
| scarlet = (location in Pokémon Scarlet)
| violet = (location in Pokémon Violet)
}}

Note: If the location is the same between several games, write the location in one of them (preferably the first one) followed by the title of the parameter with the location to other applicable parameters.

For example, if the location is identical in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald Versions, it can be typed as:

{{Pokémon locations
| ruby = (Location in Pokémon Ruby Version)
| sapphire = ruby
| emerald = ruby
}}

This will output the same text for all three parameters. However, this property is not recursive, so there cannot be a reference to a parameter that is itself a reference. This wouldn't work, for example:

{{Pokémon locations
| ruby = (Location in Pokémon Ruby Version)
| sapphire = ruby
| emerald = sapphire
}}
